Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Email address — when you create a Savor account (or previously, when you joined our waitlist before the app launched).
• Location — when you search or browse nearby restaurants. Location is accessed only when you grant permission and is never shared with other users.
• Saves, visits, and ratings — restaurants you save, mark as visited, or rate inside the app. This data builds your taste profile.

How we use your data

Your data powers your personal taste map and surfaces relevant restaurant recommendations. We use your email to send transactional messages about your account (e.g. sign-in links). We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

Third-party services

• Supabase — database and authentication. Your data is stored on Supabase-managed servers.
• Google Analytics — anonymous usage analytics on mysavor.in (web only). No analytics are collected inside the app without consent.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the Savor app. All data is fully removed within 30 days of deletion.
